We have maintenance staff on our panel to help with property upkeep and repairs. Tell us what needs attention and we will discuss the appropriate person, availability and next step.

• Agreed work before a new tenancy or during ongoing management.

Scope and costs, agreed first

Share a description and photos if safe. We confirm the proposed work, responsibility for costs and any required owner approval before arranging it. Gas, electrical and other specialist work must be handled by appropriately qualified professionals; the required competence and registration should be checked for the job.

If a repair is urgent

Existing tenants should use the repair or emergency contact in their tenancy information. Website and WhatsApp enquiries are not a monitored emergency service. If anyone is in immediate danger, contact emergency services.
