Our position
We oppose forced labour, human trafficking and exploitation. People working in or around a property should be treated with dignity, be free to raise concerns and work under lawful, clearly agreed conditions.
The standard we expect
We expect the same approach from cleaning, maintenance, clearance and other service partners. Work should be voluntary, payment arrangements clear and personal documents kept under the individual’s control. Concerns about coercion or exploitation should be raised promptly and handled with care for the people affected.
