Send the item list, approximate quantity, postcode and access details. Include stairs, lifts, parking and anything heavy or difficult to handle so the quote reflects the actual job.

Responsible removal

Before booking, the waste type, collector, required waste-carrier registration and disposal arrangements must be confirmed. Ask for the collection record or receipt and keep it. Waste cannot be left on a pavement or public land without the appropriate arrangements.

Hazardous materials, asbestos, chemicals and specialist waste are not included in a standard collection. Flag these before requesting a quote; do not disturb suspected hazardous material.
